Intimidated by The Idea of Polishing with A Machine?
Don’t be, the Sonus SFX Polishing System makes it easy!
Sonus SFX polishes and SFX foam pads have corresponding numbers so you’ll never be confused about which products to use together.
Where to Start
Start with Sonus SFX-1 Restore Polish with the Sonus SFX-1 Scratch and Defect Removal Pad to remove serious defects from paint. To remove swirls and minor imperfections, follow with Sonus SFX-2 Enhance Swirl Remover Polish and Sonus SFX-2 Enhance Swirl Remover Pad. Bring out the shine with Sonus SFX-3 Final Finish Polish and the Sonus SFX-3 Final Finish Foam Polishing PadTime to Polish
Now that the defects have been removed and the surface has been polished, protect it with Sonus SFX-4 Paint Sealant applied with the Sonus SFX-4 Final Gloss Seal & Protect Pad. Sonus SFX-4 Paint Sealant is boosted by Polycharger® for months of superior protection.

Minor Imperfections
Not all paints will require all polishing steps. If your
paint has only minor imperfections begin with Sonus SFX-2 Enhance Swirl
Remover and work through the process. Each step prepares your paint for
the most important step, sealing. Sonus SFX foam pads are available in
4” and 6” sizes and easily attach to the UDM Connector 3.0 and the UDM Connector 5.0
backing plates. The hook and loop design of the Connectors easily and
securely attaches to the hook and loop backed Sonus pads which makes
changing pads more convenient.Ultimate Detail Machine
We recommend the Sonus Polishing System be used with the Ultimate Detail Machine by Porter Cable.
This dual action polisher is powerful enough to take on any surface,
but will not leave swirls behind as can be the case with high speed
buffers.
